This document governs the Privacy and Cookies Policy of the website operated under the domain en.karolinazaleska.pl (hereinafter referred to as the Website). Karolina Zaleska Studio Terapii I Rozwoju „W Sobie” (hereinafter referred to as Service Provider) uses its best efforts to respect the privacy of the Users of the Website.

The Administrator processes the acquired data on the basis of Article 23 (1) of the Personal Data Protection Act. The data are collected, in particular, for the purpose of executing the agreement and providing services to the persons concerned.

The Administrator of personal data stipulates that, in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act, it may entrust the processing of personal data of Users whose data it administers to other companies for the purpose of proper performance by these companies of activities related to hosting, administration, maintenance and management of the Website, as well as the investigation of claims and clarification of the circumstances of unauthorized use of services provided electronically.

Entitlements of the User

Users have the right to control the processing of data concerning them contained in the Service Provider’s datasets. This is, in particular, the right to access the content of their data and to correct them, as well as to request that their personal data be supplemented, updated, rectified, temporarily or permanently suspended or deleted, if they are incomplete, outdated, untrue or have been collected in violation of the law, or are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected.

The User has the right to terminate at any time the use of the service provided electronically, including the maintenance of the User Account and the Newsletter service. Users may also contact the Service Provider in order to exercise their right of access, modification and deletion of data, or in order to object to its processing, through the Service Provider’s Contact Data made available on the website, in particular by sending a message to the e-mail address: kontakt@en.karolinazaleska.pl.

System logs

These are internal event logs of the Service’s server, automatically recording page requests and sent when Users visit its sites. „Cookies”

These are small files containing a string of characters that are sent to and stored on the terminal device (e.g. computer, laptop, tablet, smartphone) used by the User when visiting the Website.
