I work with clients based on a short-term solution-focused approach. During sessions, I also use tools and methods I learned while attending other courses, including the systems approach, coherence therapy and the academy of holistic healing. I enrich my office work with techniques for working with the body, drawing on the experience I gained from exploring the practice of yoga.
I help by drawing from my own experience of therapy and personal development. I know what it involves to experience a crisis. I have gone through my own therapy, and I believe that this process was crucial to standing up to help others. For me, personal development is a constantly surprising process that is embedded in everyone’s life.
The police experience was a key moment that guided my current career path. At the recruitment stage, I already expressed my conviction that helping others was my mission, and could not imagine any other career path. To this day, my work is a combination of passion and mission.
The skills I have acquired as a police officer, such as crisis intervention, conflict resolution and understanding the dynamics of interpersonal behavior, enable me to effectively support people facing emotional difficulties, especially those related to trauma, and law enforcement personnel.
Experience in a corporate environment has influenced the development of my skills in assertiveness, effective time management and prioritizing tasks.
The standard I hold is freedom and respect for the client
I have gained professional experience working with adults, adolescents and children in an Addiction Therapy Center, associations and centers providing psychological assistance, and in a public school in Spain.
I am a member of the Polish Association of Solution-Focused Therapy Therapists. I am currently in the process of certification as a psychotherapist in this approach.
I regularly supervise my work with Izabella Warchoł and Radoslaw Cieśluk. Supervision meetings are aimed at developing the ability to conduct the therapeutic process in accordance with the principles of ethics and with the greatest possible attention to the welfare of the client.
